Function: The function of the respiratory system is that it moves oxygen from the outside environment into the body. It also removes carbon dioxide and water.
Major Organs: The major organs of the respiratory system are the lungs, trachea, bronchi, and the diaphragm.
Ways to Take Care Of Respiratory System: Ways to take care of your respiratory system is to eat good foods, exercise, and don't smoke.
Diseases: There are diseases that you can get, those are asthma, bronchitis, common cold, epiglottis, influenza and many others.
When the air reaches the alveoli, oxygen diffuses through the membrane into small blood vessels called capillaries, and carbon dioxide diffuses from the blood in the capillaries into the alveoli.
